FAST REPAIR SERVICE
To provide you with the best possible service, service calls are answered 24 hours a day and are immediately handled by our office staff.
We can efficiently respond to service calls within the same day or within 24 hours at the most. We offer a 24-hour emergency service for urgent repairs for an additional fee.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mindful of the environment, we are proud to have an efficient computer system that allows our clients to receive all their communications by email. This platform also allows our staff to respond immediately to our clients’ questions. In addition, our long-time employees contribute to maintaining good communication with our clients?
WARRANTY FOLLOW-UP
We can track down the origin of the parts installed for each of our customers in order to honour their warranty. We handle the claims for our customers ourselves.

Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning (ex. convenience store) is an asset.
